Chennai probably has the cheapest luxury movie tickets in the world, courtesy of the Tamil Nadu government. Thanks to a recent order, the maximum price of any multiplex movie ticket cannot exceed Rs 120. What makes it even better is the rule that says 5% of the seats should be priced at Rs 10!

Tell me another city on earth where you can enjoy a movie at a multiplex for 25cents, and i will eat my socks.
